TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general conditions regulate the tourist accommodation contract between the contracting person (hereinafter, also a user) and HOTEL CAN GARAY, SCP (hereinafter HOTEL CAN GARAY) with registered office at Av. Narcís Arnau, 6 – 17172- Les Planes d’Hostoles- (Girona), CIF J-55004907, telephone: +34 972 448253/649508371, email firstname.lastname@example.org HOTEL CAN GARAY is duly registered in the Registry of Tourism of Catalonia, with registration identifier HG -002357, hotel modality (H), category 2 stars.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
By contracting our services, the contractor expressly states that he has read, understood and accepts without reservation these general conditions, as well as the particular ones that may be established.
All general conditions will be permanently available to Users prior to contracting and may be stored and reproduced and printed in the current version at all times.
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity, with HOTEL CAN GARAY reserving the right to modify them unilaterally, without this affecting the services, or promotions that were contracted prior to the modification, for which it is recommended to users that they Read carefully each time you access this portal, understanding those that are published in it at any time in force.
The contract will not be archived. It will be written in Spanish, and in the consumer relations that take place in Catalonia, also in Catalan.
Step 1. Room selection. You must indicate the room that interests you, the day of arrival and departure, the number of nights, number of rooms, number of people per room, as well as the diet you prefer from those offered.
Step 2. Do you want to improve the stay? Before providing your personal data to proceed with the reservation, you are offered the possibility of contracting additional services.
Step 3. Guest detail. Whether or not you have contracted an additional service, when you continue with the reservation, you must provide the personal data that is requested. Once all the requested fields have been filled in, you must press the “confirm reservation” button so that the entered data is sent.
Step 4. Confirmation of the reservation. Once the data has been received after clicking the “confirm reservation” button, you will receive an email confirming the reservation.
PRICES AND OTHER EXPENSES TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
During the reservation process and before pressing the button to proceed to confirm the reservation, the user will be able to correct any error and will be prevented from continuing if all the requested information is not provided.
Also before proceeding to confirm the reservation, the user may change the content and even cancel it in its entirety, being able to go back to the previous screens to make the appropriate corrections.

CAPACITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION UNITS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
The maximum legal capacity of our accommodation units as well as the special conditions and conditions of use or enjoyment of the establishment are those indicated in each case on the website before making a reservation.
Pets are not allowed.
During their stay at the hotel, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
WHO CAN BOOK
In order to contract the tourist accommodation services offered on our website, the user declares that they are at least 18 years old.
Cancellations of reservations made up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date will not entail any penalty. When the cancellation takes place outside this period, the first night of stay will be charged.
If the user does not show up at the establishment on the expected date of arrival, the penalty will be 100% of the total price of the stay.
COMPENSATION FOR WAIVER OF STAY
If the reserved unit is abandoned before the date to which it was reserved, unless otherwise agreed, the owner of the establishment will charge the equivalent of 100% of the total price of the services that remain to be used.
The prices applicable to each accommodation are those published on the website and applied automatically to which, where appropriate, additional expenses or services that the client has consented will be added, configuring the sum of all these concepts the total due of payment in the last phase of it.
The prices indicated include the Value Added Tax (VAT), expressed in the Euro currency (€).
The tax on stays in tourist establishments (IEET) is applicable to people who stay in tourist accommodation establishments in Catalonia over 16 years of age, accruing at the beginning of the stay, so its collection will be required on the arrival date to the same depending on the age of each person housed.
GUARANTEE, MEANS OF PAYMENT AND BILLING OF THE RESERVATION
To guarantee the reservation, you must provide your Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Dinners Club International card details, through a secure platform that complies with international security standards with PCI DSS certification.
Payment of the reservation will be made directly at the hotel, unless there is a penalty for having canceled the reservation outside the established deadlines, or not being present at the establishment on the agreed date of entry. In these cases, the corresponding amount will be charged to the card.
The client authorizes that once the payment is made, an electronic invoice will be issued, being able to revoke the consent at any time.
When we receive your reservation request, we will proceed to confirm it by email at the address you have provided, within 24 hours, sending you an acknowledgment of receipt that will indicate the reservation number and will contain the general and, where appropriate, particular conditions of the contract.
COMMUNICATION WITH THE USER
Communications with the user of the tourist accommodation establishment will be made through electronic means, such as email, telephone, including instant messaging, so you must provide the active data at all times for this purpose.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current regulations, you do not have the right to withdraw from this contract for the supply of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as housing.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE RESERVATION, COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in must be done from 2pm and check-out before 12pm. Applicable law and jurisdiction The interpretation and application of these conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
In case of conflict, without prejudice to submitting to what is imperatively established by law, especially when the contracting party is a consumer or user, waiving any other forum that may correspond to them, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the city courts of Olot.
