Wellbeing with Horses Break

A unique experience for couples designed for those wishing to connect with horses and work on emotional wellbeing and personal development. Guided by psychologist Sarah Bishop, an expert in equine therapy.

Horses act as emotional mirrors, helping us recognise behavioural patterns, improve communication and develop self-awareness. This experience provides space for personal and shared reflection, encouraging deeper connection with oneself and the environment.

Includes:

  • Two nights in an Art Nouveau double room
  • Breakfast made with homemade, locally sourced and ecological products
  • 1.30-hour equine therapy session with Sarah Bishop (no prior experience required)
  • Dinner for two on the first night in the garden in summer or next to a roaring log fire in winter

Practical information:

  • We recommend wearing trainers or walking boots
  • Wearing a helmet is compulsory for riding (bicycle helmets are acceptable)
  • The centre provides helmets free of charge during the activity
